Return Policy
At Dharma Rain LLP e-Store (https://ccmati.com), we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We regret that return, exchange or refunds can not be accommodated unless it is wrongly sent or defective upon receipt of the items. Items lost/damaged in transportation will not be compensated.
Effort must be made to notify us within 24 hours after receipt of the items.
Please include the following details in the email: Order number, photo of damaged item (as proof of damage) and the reason for return, exchange or refund and notify us via email at mail.dharmarain@gmail.com
Once we receive your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
All returned items must be shipped in its ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION, UNUSED, and sent to:

You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we sent wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all costs incurred for return shipping (for a standard shipping method).
Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days of the return of the product.
