Notice to All Users

 
  • Before placing an order, users must first register to become a member of this platform. Only then can our volunteer staff process and ship the order based on the provided information.
     
  • After completing the registration, users can log in at any time to check the latest status of their orders/packages.
     
  • Users must fill in the recipient's "Name" and "Address" in English to facilitate the mailing process. This also applies to users from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong (if necessary, Chinese details can be added in the "Remarks" section before checkout).
     
  • After placing an order, users will receive an email notification from our platform. The email will be sent automatically to the email address specified in the account. Please check your inbox accordingly.
     
  • If the email is not received, please check the "Spam" folder and mark emails from our platform as "Not Spam" to ensure successful receipt of future emails.
     
  • If your registered region (delivery address) is not listed in the "Country" list, please contact us so we can update and enhance the relevant information.

     

Package Shipping

 
  • Under normal circumstances, packages will be shipped by our volunteer staff within 1 to 3 days after a successful order is placed. However, delivery times may be affected by factors such as region, holidays, or unforeseen incidents.
     
  • Once the package is shipped, our platform will provide a "Tracking Number" and a "Tracking Link" via email, allowing users to track the latest status of their package at any time.
     
  • Once the "Tracking Number" is provided to the user via email, no changes can be made to the order (even if volunteers wish to assist, it will no longer be possible).
     
  • Our platform handles the coordination of package shipping for users. If users wish to specify a particular courier service, they will bear the additional costs associated with it.

     

Oversea Users

 
  • If the "Delivery Address" for a single package is set outside of Malaysia, the user is defined as an "Overseas User."
     
  • For overseas users, if they wish to modify or cancel their order after successful payment but before the package is shipped, any costs related to exchange rate differences or additional processing fees will be borne by the user.
     
  • The user's country/region may impose import duties or other taxes on the package, which will be the user's responsibility. Our platform will also provide relevant documents via email for customs declaration purposes.
     
  • Our platform only offers "Air Shipping" for packages sent to China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, as sea shipping from Malaysia to these regions is relatively expensive, time-consuming, and cost-ineffective.

     

Other Matters

 
  • After receiving the package, if users find any defects, damage, incorrect items, or missing items, please contact us with photos to request compensation, and we will follow up accordingly.
     
  • Under any circumstances, our platform reserves the right to adjust, add, delete, or update the above terms.
     
  • By placing an order through this platform, users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the above terms.
