| I. Objectives of Retreat | 1. To teach the right knowledge and practice meditation. 2. To provide a course structure suitable for intensive meditation practice. 3. To emphasize both theory and application in meditation practice. 4. To nurture Dharma volunteers with strong dedication and deep religious experience for the Buddhist community. |

| IX. Prerequisite | 1. At least 18 years old Buddhist. 2. Had learned meditation from Ven. Chi Chern or his appointed teachers. 3. Had learn meditation with appropriate guidance from a teacher and has faith in the Samatha-Vipassana (Zhi Guan) meditation method. 4. Is determined and committed to learn meditation. |
| X. Procedures of Application | 1. Fill in the Online Registration Form completely and appropriately with a passport sized photo. 2. Registration fee RM200, varsity and college student RM100. 3. Payment can be deposited directly to account: PUBLIC BANK 3183370935 Account Name: CHIN SIAK LEONG 4. You can send payment receipt by email：huideng1997@gmail.com 5. You will get a reply when your registration form been received. 6. If your application is rejected, your retreat fee will be refunded. The retreat fee for accepted participants who so show will not be refunded. 7. Foreign participants will pay the registration fee when arrive. |
| XI. Selection of Participants | 1. 120 participants will be selected. 2. The selection of participants will be conducted by the Retreat Conductor. Notification will be sent to successful applicants as soon as possible. 3. If you do not receive any notification within a week of the deadline, please contact Sis. Ho Chow Kuen for your application status. |

| XIII. Details of Retreat | 1. Approximately 8 hours of meditation daily. 2. Methods including sitting and walking meditation, prostration and stretching exercises. 3. Daily lecture by Retreat Master (Please note that all instructions and lectures will be delivered in MANDARIN). |
| NOTE: 1. Please do not apply for participation merely out of curiosity or experimenting, for only sincere practitioners will be considered. 2. Registration Form must be filled up appropriately and completely or the application will be rejected. 3. Application via fax or telephone or without photo is NOT accepted. 4. Please send in application as early as possible. Application after deadline WILL NOT accepted. 5. If accepted, please do not be absent for no reason, as the number of places are limited. 6.
